SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you and Peter Wiseman / Digital Smoke covering your use of Solitaire Setty. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

DISTRIBUTION

Solitaire Setty is completely free to use. You may install this software on as many computers as you like and are encouraged to pass it on to fellow Solitaire City fans.

VENDORS

Magazine Cover Disc Vendors and Shareware Distributors may charge a nominal fee for distribution of this version of Solitaire Setty which must not exceed the reasonable cost of duplication and materials. This version must not be sold for profit ! Please consider distributing the latest Trial Version of Solitaire City with Solitaire Setty which can be downloaded here:

The software and artwork distributed with Solitaire Setty are Copyright 2003-2007 Digital Smoke / Peter Wiseman. You cannot use the cardsets or graphics distributed with Solitaire Setty in your own products. The cardsets it creates are for use exclusively with Digital Smoke software such as Solitaire City. All Solitaire Setty Intellectual Property Rights, code, graphics and web design are owned by Peter Wiseman / Digital Smoke and are protected by Copyright Laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat this software like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording). You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based upon this software or use the graphics for your own purposes.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This software and accompanying written materials (including instructions for use) are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Further, the author does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, current-ness, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. If the software or written materials are defective, you, and not the author or his dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
